How Our Nappy Cakes Are Made

There are different ways of creating nappy cakes, particularly the nappy cake layers. All our nappy cakes are rolled beginning with a single nappy in the middle, building up concentric rings to make the cake wider with each layer. We believe this si the best method of nappy cake production for several reasons:

• it preservces the shape and integrity of the nappy
• it does not create air holes between indicidually rolled nappies as used by many nappy cake makers
• there is no need for padding to maintain the height of the nappy ring
• the finished layer looks clean and tidy

Because this production method does not require padding or leave holes between nappies we believe our nappy cakes hold more nappies compared to other styles of nappy cakes of the same size.
